RETURNS POLICY

If you are looking to return an item to Social Seeds chances are you have purchased from our store so THANK YOU!

At Social Seeds, we handle all returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation.

  1. We are happy to refund or exchange any items that arrive to you faulty or damaged if reported to our team within 5 days of receipt, accompanied with proof of purchase. Please email us at hello@socialseeds.com.au informing us of your intent to return; please include your name, order/invoice number, brief explanation for return and photo evidence of any damage or fault. Once this information is received, you will be provided with further instructions on the return process.
  1. We do not provide returns for a change of mind purchase or an incorrect choice. We ask that you please contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchase, to ensure you are happy with your selection.
  2. Orders can be cancelled and refunded if notified within 24 hours of purchasing and if prior to shipment. However, there will be a $5 re-stocking fee retained.
  3. Gift cards are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash. However, they are transferable.
  4. All refunds, store credits and gift cards will be issued to the original purchaser only.
